For over twenty-five years Read’s Trading Co has been delivering high-quality flooring products and installation services to homes throughout the Bay of Plenty. 

 

Four years ago we travelled to Europe and we were overwhelmed by the choice, quality and efficiency of the European kitchen market and the modular systems they had to offer. We decided to bring one of these systems back to Whakatane. This was set up alongside our flooring business to offer our customers along with their flooring needs. This system has enabled us to offer new kitchens for entry-level housing right through to million-dollar homes. 

 

You, the customer, have control over your budget… we are only otherwise limited by our imaginations.

 

We believe in this system and decided our wonderful customers needed more choices when it came to renovating their homes. Subsequently,  Read’s Kitchen’s was established in 2017 and has grown from offering a modular system to supporting customers navigating the online platform and offering pickups from our Auckland Warehouse to assembling of cabinetry to full kitchen installations with our experienced installation teams

 

Over the past four years, we have supplied and installed over two thousand kitchens into homes throughout the Bay of Plenty.

 

 As our relationships with suppliers and reputation with the public have grown, we have been able to bring a greater selection of finishes and ranges, faster turnaround and installation times than bespoke, designer made kitchens and more personality to our business core.
